this way i can watch what YOUR body is doing, and give feedback accordingly. you know. like the good old days when we could touch? my intention is to create a plan that serves your personal practice and the needs of your body. are you looking to get grounded or energized? do you want to soften or sweat? perhaps a little bit of both? a fully customized practice depending on what you need/want.
